About Me - Vicki Holmes
Negotiation skills are basic tools for every successful REALTOR®. Agents build their skills in different ways; I was born into mine. Growing up on a 100-acre Ohio farm with nine siblings, I quickly learned the value and joy (and necessity) of working with people. That led to a sales career at age 20—more than 35 years ago. And I still love what I do!
I joined Long Realty in 2005 as a licensed agent and stepped up to associate broker in 2013. Helping buyers find their dream home, and helping sellers reach their goals, is incredibly rewarding. Every seller gets my best effort as I market their home through all available resources. My goal is to sell their house in the shortest time possible, and to negotiate the highest possible sale price.
Working with buyers to find their dream home, and turning over the keys at closing, is an overwhelming feeling. It’s like completing a long journey—and I love to travel. Together we find the perfect home, negotiate the best possible price, and thoroughly research the property. I’m there to oversee the purchase, right up to the closing. Handing the keys to a buyer is one of life’s greatest joys.
Helping so many clients has been good for me too. My sales performance has earned me Long Realty’s highest award levels, including “Pro of the Year” every year from 2012 to 2016 and membership in the élite 1926 Circle of Excellence for the same years. I reached the vice president level in 2015. In 2016, I was named one of the “100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in Arizona.”
Not bad for a farm girl from Ohio. But remember those nine siblings? What a great way to build the people skills every REALTOR® should have!
